Privacy Policy

WorkCatcher is a product of AJ Consultations LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use WorkCatcher and the workcatcher.com website, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what's needed to catch and price your missed calls, we don't sell it, and your voicemails are yours.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, business name, cell number, email, payment details processed by our payment provider). Call activity on your WorkCatcher number: caller number, time, duration, and whether the call was answered. Voicemail recordings and their transcripts. Text messages sent and received through your WorkCatcher number, including the automatic text-back and any replies. Basic dashboard usage (pages viewed, device type).
How we use it
To run the service: routing calls to your cell, sending the text-back, transcribing voicemails, estimating job value, and delivering lead alerts. Voicemail audio and transcripts are processed by AI services solely to produce the transcript and estimate. We also use your contact details for service messages and support. We do not sell your data or your callers' data, and we don't use your voicemails to advertise to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make WorkCatcher work: our telephony carrier (to route calls and texts), our AI transcription provider (to read voicemails), our payment processor, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your callers
When someone calls your WorkCatcher number, we process their number, voicemail, and texts on your behalf so you can call them back. Their information appears only in your dashboard and your lead texts. If a caller wants their information removed, contact us and we'll handle it.
Dashboard links
Lead texts contain tokenized dashboard links that expire after 24 hours. Anyone with an unexpired link can view that lead, so treat lead texts like you'd treat mail: don't forward them to people who shouldn't see them.
Retention
Voicemail recordings, transcripts, and message history are kept for [retention period — TBD] or until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your data, or close your account, at any time — one message does it. If you cancel, your number ports out free.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes materially, we'll text or email you before the change takes effect. Questions: [email protected] or +15105169416.
